The Second City is thrilled to offer a limited number of full and partial Adult Class and Intensive scholarships for beginning and continuing students.

A limited number of full and partial Kids & Teens Class  scholarships are available. The application should be completed by both the student and parent/guardian. Students may apply for one or both types of scholarships as long as the eligibility requirements are met.

The submission deadline to be considered for summer of 2022 is April 1st, 2022 at 5pm CT. All applicants will be notified of their status no later than 14 days after the deadline.

In partnership with Black Improv Alliance and the 100 Black Improvisors initiative, The Second City is committed to fulfilling scholarships for 5 new students to Level 1 of our Improv Program. Scholarships cannot be used retroactively. If you have a balance on your account, please reach out to customerservice@secondcity.com for payment options. Scholarships are not monetary awards and can only be used towards a class at The Second City.

While the Conservatory Program is eligible for the Scholarship Program, it is recommended that your registration for the Conservatory Program not be contingent on the anticipation of receiving a Scholarship. The Conservatory is a Professional Program and students are required to accept the financial and time commitments to complete the program.
