Sarah Sherman aka Sarah Squirm recently completed her fourth season as a cast member on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.” In 2023 she co-starred with Adam Sandler in the Netflix film, “You Are SO Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah!” and she is set to appear in the upcoming Sandler-produced Netflix feature “Roommates”. Sarah was selected as a NEW FACE at the 2021 Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival and is known for her popular live show, Helltrap Nightmare. Sarah previously opened for Eric André on his national tour and wrote on THE ERIC ANDRE SHOW. She was staffed on the Adult Swim series THREE BUSY DEBRAS and Netflix’s MAGIC FOR HUMANS. She was previously named one of Vulture’s Comics to Watch for 2018 and one of TIME OUT Magazine’s Five Comics to Watch for 2017.

MONTESSORI BOY is a Brooklyn-based sketch comedy group consisting of best friends JULIA TESMOND, DIEGO ABRAHAM, and JT TSUCHIYA. Their sketches have amassed over 11 million views across TikTok and Instagram and have been featured in Vulture for their sketch ‘JT DOES A GOOD DEED’. MONTESSORI BOY’s live shows can be seen in venues all around New York, where they combine their unique blend of live sketch, filmed shorts, and heinous sensibility.

Comedia Criolla is a Spanish-language stand-up showcase featuring the most original comedians from New York and across the U.S. It’s an authentic, identity-driven comedy space where Hispanic and Latino audiences find a vibrant community full of laughter, variety, and great energy.

Seasoned performers interview a scientist about their most exciting and interesting work, learning right alongside the audience about anything from why speed reading is a hoax, to why crabs make good test subjects. Their very real expertise becomes the inspiration for very made up improv comedy — to hilarious effect.

At this show, we’ll meet. Noah Guy Lewis Guiberson. Thinking, moving, sensing the environment — these and many other functions of your nervous system all require brain cells called “neurons” to communicate with each other. STXBP1 is the name of a gene that helps neurons to communicate with each other effectively. Genetic mutations that interfere with STXBP1 result in a communication breakdown that can cause developmental delay, seizures, movement disorders, and autism. Noah’s research tries to understand how these genetic mutations actually interfere with STXBP1, so that we can come up with therapies to get the neurons back to communicating effectively once again. This show is supported by a generous grant from the Puffin Foundation Ltd.
