<div>Created and curated by Maxwell Solway, Maxistentialism: The Price of a Dream is a stand-up comedy showcase featuring distinct voices, sharp observations, and a healthy appreciation for the absurd. Exploring the gap between the lives we imagined and the ones we’re actually living, the show finds humor in ambition, identity, and the contradictions of everyday life.</div>

<div>What are we willing to give up to become who we think we’re supposed to be?</div>

Guest Performance

An always popular form in which a comedian performs their unique brand of comedy, usually with nothing more than a mic and their own courage. If you enjoy a rapid-fire night of jokes and stories, a stand-up show might be the perfect fit.

Best of The Second City

<p>“Stand up and Scribble ” is a fast-paced, 60 minute stand-up comedy showdown where five comics each perform a tight individual 5–6 minute set while the remaining comics draw live on stage, racing the clock and each other. When the pencils stop, the audience votes the best finished portrait and chooses the worst one to be dramatically torn on stage, blending comedy, art, and creative destruction into one unforgettable spectacle</p>
