James Dugan is incredibly excited to be performing on the high seas with the Second City. Born and raised in Northern California, he moved to Chicago in 2010 to find out what this whole “winter” thing was. While in Chicago, he can be found performing at the IO Theater with Winter Formal and Tone. He was also a cast member of the short lived, but brightly burning Mission Theater. Many thanks to his absurdly supportive family for all that they have done.
