Originally hailing from Dallas, Amanda is a graduate of the Upright Citizen’s Brigade, iOWest, Texas Tech University, and the Second City Hollywood Conservatory program. She has hosted videos for Six Flags, where her work has been featured in print, online, and on international commercials. She performs with unique comedy teams A Horse (improvised Shakespeare), Clambake (all-female improv), and in comedy festivals around the country with two-woman sketch and improv duo Velvet Pile. She has toured overseas (literally) with the prestigious Second City to make people laugh abroad by way of Norwegian Cruise Lines. She is currently a freelance writer for a Warner Bros. animated show, works for NBCUniversal and the De Laurentiis Company, and is a big fan of food in general.
