Pull up your seat and get ready to move your minds! Lateral Move bursts forth with hilarious takes on modern society. We showcase topical subjects with sketches that contain broader ideas people face in our time and veer into the absurd and silly because we just love comedy. SOBRE EL ARTISTA: Manuel Ángel Redondo es un comediante y comunicador venezolano principalmente conocido por sus proyectos online como el webshow de sátira política Pero Tenemos Patria, el documental Viviendo al Mínimo o el muy exitoso programa de entrevistas alcoholizadas Entregrados. Hizo radio exitosamente en su país durante 10 años, hasta que fue forzado a salir del aire por los organismos de censura del gobierno venezolano. Desde ese entonces, hace comedia en Internet y por el mundo, con presentaciones agotadas por toda Europa, Latinoamérica y EEUU.

What to Expect
Pitch Your Friend: Sign up to present your single bestie using a slide deck. Each pitch is 3-5 minutes and designed to highlight their best qualities, quirks, and what makes them a total catch.

How It Works
Tickets: Buy your tickets prior to the event to reserve your pitch spot before all spots are filled.
Event Night: Arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
Presentations: Present your friend to a room full of singles or sit back, sip your drink, and enjoy the presentations.
After each presentation: There will be a Q&A session, and presenters will share their friends contact info (e.g., Instagram handle) on the last slide so audience members can slide into their DMs
Mingle & Match: After the pitches, you can also mingle and make connections with anyone who caught your eye!

Compass Party is a night of improvisation and comedic acts put on by some of our most talented and up-and-coming improvisers from the Training Center.  Each ensemble presents a mix bag of short form and long form structured improv sets and is coached by one of our incredible faculty members!
