If you love comedy online and have ideas you want to bring to life, Digital Comedy Camp is all about creating your own short-form comedic content using tools you already have.
You will learn how to turn observations, characters and ideas into short digital pieces through writing, performance, collaboration and simple filming & editing techniques. The focus is on storytelling, finding your comedic point of view and experimenting creatively, not on being “perfect” or going viral.
All work is shared only within the camp for feedback and learning. Nothing is posted publicly or to social media. This is a creative, supportive space to try things, build confidence, and learn how comedy works on screen.
Great for teens who enjoy sketch comedy, storytelling, collaboration and creative experimentation.
NOTE: Campers will need access to a smartphone or tablet for filming and basic editing using free software like CapCut or DaVinci Resolve. The focus is on ideas and storytelling, not fancy gear.
Campers must be enrolled in Grade 9 (or above) by September 2026.
