While longform improv is often defined by duration, what truly sustains a compelling longform performance is clarity of choices, shared understanding among the ensemble, and the ability to recognize and build patterns over time. This class is designed for improvisers who have been introduced to the fundamentals of longform and and are ready to deepen their skills through repetition, refinement, and more intentional play.
Course topics include:
- Refining edits & transitions
- Heightening patterns & themes

- Expanding the use of audience participation
- Supporting from the back line and making purposeful re-entries
This class will do a short performance right after the last class (tech time and blocking happens during the last hour).
