Improv for Anxiety – Performance Ensemble is the next step for students ready to bring their work to the stage. Building on the mindful, supportive foundation of the Improv for Anxiety program, this class focuses on revisiting, refining, and mastering performance games and scenic improv techniques with the added goal of performing in front of a live audience.

Through guided rehearsal, personalized feedback, and ensemble-based collaboration, students strengthen their ability to create clear, engaging scenes with strong characters, relationships, and story arcs. The class also deepens experience with performance-style improv games, with an emphasis on confidence, clarity, and connection to both scene partners and audience.

While the focus shifts toward performance, the environment remains grounded in care, encouragement, and individual growth. Students are supported in managing nerves, building stage presence, and developing trust in themselves and their ensemble.
