Native and perpetual Chicagoan Scott Goldstein is a graduate of Northwestern University, an Alumnus Director of the Second City National Touring Company and the former Artistic Director of Flat Iron Comedy. Over the last decade, Scott has directed over thirty original shows in Chicago, Los Angeles and Tokyo. Over the last two decades, Scott has improvised with Young and Old, Deep Schwa, and Amateur Show-Offs, while performing and directing in dozens of shows at the Annoyance Theater. He is also prone to improvising whenever the opportunity presents itself. Scott loves Chicago sports, which makes writing and performing material for the Chicago Blackhawks, and directing Anthony Rizzo’s Laugh-Off for Cancer, a true joy. Currently he serves on the Board of Directors of the Second City Alumni Fund, and donates his time to several other charities and non-profits. When he grows up he would like to be Jeremy Roenick, Mort Sahl, or David Yow. Also this headshot is from 2009.
