Michael Popowits did his theater training at the University of Vienna in Austria, and in Chicago at the Players Workshop and at the Second City Training Center. He has performed and written for Wortschatz, The Lost Boys and other improvisation groups. Working with Martin de Maat in 1995 on the Omega Institute seminar Improvisation for Life began his consulting work, adapting improvisation to educational seminars and business management training. Michael has taught improvisation and directed student ensembles at the Second City Training Center since 2000.
