James Atin-Godden is a producer, composer, teacher, and multi- instrumentalist based in Toronto. Since graduating from York with a BFA in music, James has had a ridiculously diverse music career. He has performed with countless bands across Canada, produced a ton of music for various artists, and composed for film, TV, podcasts, dance, and theatre productions. He has worked as a comedy MD at Second City and with various improv troops across Toronto. He has also published a 4-part student piano book series called The A-G Piano Book Series, featuring over 150 original compositions pedagogically sequenced, with over 4000 copies sold worldwide. James hopes to continue to learn and grow and make cool and funny music, and is honored to be a part of the Second City team.
