Chad Fogland

Chad Fogland was born and raised in Nebraska.  However, he has been to all fifty states!  In 1999, after graduating from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Georgia, Fogland began performing stand-up comedy.  After his first time on stage, he was told, "You really don't know how to do this. You should quit."  After 2 years of performing as often as he could at one of the two comedy clubs in Omaha, Nebraska; Fogland made the move to Los Angeles, California.

Chad Fogland is, according to a 2006 article in the LA Times, "...a regular fixture in the L.A. Underground Comedy scene."  Fogland has studied & performed at The Groundlings, iO West, The Upright Citizens Brigade and the Nerdist School.  In 2007, Fogland was a finalist for The Andy Kaufman Award and performed as part of The Las Vegas Comedy Festival.  While there, Fogland met Stanley Kaufman, Andy's Father who told him, "I think what you do is exactly what Andy would have loved.  Never stop doing what you do."

Chad Fogland has been a part of numerous sketch groups and improv teams and has produced, written and directed several popular comedy sketch shows as well as internet videos, podcasts and web series.  Fogland has appeared on Conan, Comedy Central, ABC's "Happy Endings", TBS's "Angie Tribeca" and many more.

Chad Fogland prefers to be as modest as possible; however, it was, LA comedian/booker, Lesley Wolff who once said, "Chad Fogland will be appreciated posthumously." and although somewhat grim, he always liked the sound of that, as Fogland has one simple philosophy, "Comedy makes people laugh, so let's just do that."
