In the recent article in Forbes Magazine, Second City Alum Stephen Colbert shared "Four Big Lessons" for improv that will help anyone succeed. If you have some time, read the Forbes Article then enjoy these recollections.

Part One: Ensemble

"In his time at Second City, Stephen worked with some amazing talents: Steve Carell, Amy Sedaris, Mitch Rouse, Paul Dinello, Greg Hollimon, Mick Napier and many, many others. One thing about working with great ensembles, you want to find any way that you can keep working with them. Paul Dinello worked with Stephen at The Colbert Report and now he’s over at CBS as part of The Late Show team; Steve Carell and Stephen teamed up at The Daily Show; Amy Sedaris, Mitch Rouse and Mick Napier developed the show Exit 57 at Comedy Central with Stephen; and Greg Hollimon was a regular on Strangers with Candy."

At Second City Works we help leading brands become better by applying improv techniques to compliance, sales effectiveness, talent development, and marketing and content. We collaborate with our clients and offer workshops, on-demand video, keynotes, and uniquely customized ways of seamlessly integrating messages into a humorous platform.
