Physical Comedy

In this class, we will explore the world of Physical Comedy!

The improviser is the ultimate storyteller. Whether their story is a 3-minute scene or a 30-second black-out, it's the improviser's job to be captivating. 75-95% of human communication is nonverbal. Expressing yourself through your actions, as well as your words, will make your performances memorable. In this course, we go in-depth, exploring this concept by creating scenes together.

In this workshop you will learn to:

  • Express character using movement and emotion.
  • Tell a lifetime of stories without saying a word.
  • Learn how to be a funny person doing things and not a person doing funny things.
  • Showcase the great things that are unique to only you.

Let's face it, the audience is there to see you - let's give them something to SEE!
