Summer Camp counselors are responsible for helping the Camp Director and Head Counselor run the day to day operations of The Second City Training Center Summer Camps.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help the Camp Director and Head Counselor maintain a fun safe environment at camp.
- Assist the Camp Director/Head Counselor supervise opening and closing day procedure for associates and campers.
- Facilitate students and parents navigating the building on show days.
- Ensure that safety procedures are followed and that all programs are in compliance with The Second City standards, all relevant regulations and other applicable standards.
- Serve as the front line for camp answering camper and parent questions.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- 3 years experience working with children & parents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience with proper customer service and phone etiquette
- Background check & fingerprinting will be required
