Job Description: Candidates must have strong communication and customer service skills as they will also be interacting with the employees & unions. They will be working with actors, students and full-time staff so they must be able to communicate effectively with a range of people.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support a portfolio of corporate & creative functions and guide in the areas of staffing planning, organization design, employee relations, compensation, talent attraction, and diversity and inclusion. In addition to leading work at the functional level, this role will also lead programs and initiatives that run across the broader HR team. Success will require a flexible skill set. Being able to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations is essential.

Responsible for execution of Performance Management Process
