Second City Hollywood does have a Work Study program but it is in high demand and there is a wait list. Fill out this FORM to be considered for a work study position. Once your submission is received, you will be place on the wait list and when a shift becomes available, you will be called if your skill set and availability are a match. Being on the wait list does NOT guarantee you will get a Work Study position.
- Box office shifts tend to start around 6pm on weekdays, and in the morning and early evening on weekends.
- If you are a professional photographer with your own equipment, please tell us, we’re always looking for high quality photographers. Please send examples or links to your work for both stills and live shots.
HOW DOES THE WORK STUDY PROGRAM WORK?
Second City Work Study participants are hired for an ongoing contract and are kept for the duration of their studies based on performance. Participants log their hours every shift in the log book and when they accrue enough hours to pay for class they may turn in the hours with a class registration sheet to pay for the class. It takes 36 hours to pay for a full class.
