2023 General Auditions

The Second City is excited to host our first round of General Auditions for 2023 on March 27th, 28th, and 29th, with Callbacks on March 31st. We are seeking talent to cast as understudies for the Chicago Touring Company and potential upcoming Theatricals projects.

You must be a graduate of an improv and sketch comedy institution (i.e. The Second City Conservatory, iO, UCB, The Pit, The Magnet, The Annoyance Theater, etc.) to be considered for an audition slot. Improv and sketch comedy experience is a plus.

To submit, send your headshot and resume to auditions@secondcity.com anytime between Friday, February 17th, starting at 9:00am CST, until Sunday, February 19th ending at 9:00am CST.

Any submissions sent before or after the times designated above will not be considered.

If you have conflicts with these dates, there will be another round of auditions in 2024. That date is to be determined.
