About The Show

Say, have you ever moved from anywhere in the world to, I don't know, the state of Texas? We thought you'd say yes! So it's only right to come witness the epic tale of Jameel, an Iranian-American man forced to navigate life split between cultural values and cultural worlds. Reflecting on his own life experiences, Jameel's search for understanding and acceptance leads him to see that maybe everyone's more alike than they are different. Plus we wear fun costumes and sing a few songs. What's not to love?
