About The Show

This is a show where a lady breaks down how mental illness has been for her (or she possibly just breaks down). Either way it’s going to get real, people. I have suffered/laughed/cried/screamed through mental illness for most of my life. I think a lot of people have shared experiences, but there’s a problem. Mental Health is stigmatized as hell so people don’t talk about it, yet talking about it helps so much. See the problem here? Well, I’m going to tell this stigma to back the f*** up and let us live. So join me as I tell you all the things I’ve been told to never tell people about myself.
