Super-shortly after Utopian Tailgate made its rooftop debut in the building, The Fifty/50 Restaurant Group struck again in Piper's Alley! The newest location of Roots Handmade Pizza is now open to meet all your Quad City-style pizza and made-from-scratch needs.
