A Clown Car Named Desire

A Clown Car Named Desire

Join the limber and handsome cast of A Clown Car Named Desire for a spectacular night of illusion featuring brave, multitasking mothers expressing themselves; hyper hipsters competing for the ultimate in cool; and long term monogamous couples desperately trying to remember how they got that way. It's a night to remember and the perfect antidote to that mundane and troublesome state called reality.

Directed by Jen Ellison, The Second City e.t.c. features veteran cast members Carisa Barreca (The Second City’s Guide to the Opera), Brooke Breit and Punam Patel alongside newcomers Eddie Mujica, Chris Redd and Tim Ryder. Alex Kliner takes his place behind the baby grand as Musical Director/Composer and Kyle Anderson rules as Stage Manager. The producing team for The Second City's e.t.c. theater includes Chief Executive Officer & Executive Producer for The Second City, Andrew Alexander; Executive Vice President, Kelly Leonard; Producer, Alison Riley; and Associate Producer, Jeremy Smith. A Clown Car Named Desire was originally written by Carisa Barreca, Brooke Breit, Mike Kosinski, Michael Lehrer, Punam Patel and Chris Witaske.
