Ian started his career in sales with NCR and Xerox. His selling continued throughout his roles as a Career Coach at The Hayhurst Career Centre, Training Facilitator and Vice President of Training Implementations at AchieveGlobal, and Managing Director for The McQuaig Institute, an international talent assessment business.
