Judy Harris

Judy Harris was cast, by Paul Sills and David Shepherd to play Polly in "The Big Deal" (a spin on the Threepenny Opera) at Playwrights' Theatre. The cast included Alan Arkin, Dick Libertini and Tom Erhart. When the show closed, she, and several others from the cast, remained as regulars in the mainstage Second City show.

A year later, when Second City was established at Square East, in New York City, Judy followed Barbara Harris in the revue, "The Seacoast of Bohemia" in which she added some original material to "The Peepshow". This mini-drama, featuring her, Anthony Holland and Dick Libertini, followed a pair of green tourists through an elaborate psychological fantasy that won the attention of audiences and critics.

Returning to Chicago, Judy often appeared in mainstage shows with Del Close, Avery Schreiber Joseph Flaherty, Hamilton (Bob) Camp and others.
