Interim, Head of People

Audia Wells’s tenure in HR ranges from supporting Fortune 500 legacies to start-up pioneers in the fields of entertainment, professional services, manufacturing, finance, faith-based, non-profit, pharma and healthcare, higher education, and architecture/design. With her high-touch HR acumen, she has been appointed to lead a wide spectrum of critical initiatives, including building HR functions, mergers and acquisitions, change management, strategic planning, performance management, D&I, and training/development. Through whole systems thinking and tailored approaches, Audia helps organizations deftly handle challenges and convert uniqueness into commercial opportunities.

A graduate of Brigham Young University and Emory University, Wells holds degrees in International Development (MA), Organizational Behavior (MA), and International Studies (BA). She is a DDI Certified facilitator, as well as a member of organizations including the Junior League, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Chicago SHRM (Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging committee), Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Diversity and Inclusion committee), Illinois Diversity Council, Oxford College Alumni Board of Emory University, and the Association of Junior Leagues International DEI Certified Partners Workgroup.
