Learning & Development Manager, Strategic International Partnerships
Jenna Steege joins The Second City after a decade of business development, people strategy, talent, resource and program management experience for Fortune 500 companies. As a HouseCo alumna and graduate of the Second City Training Center’s Conservatory and Music programs, she believes the philosophy of “yes, and” makes work better and fosters cross-cultural understanding. In her new Learning & Development role, Jenna loves helping people navigate which programs will best meet their goals: from the Training Centers, ReWireU, Harold Ramis Film School, through to Second City Works (business communications).
Jenna holds a BA from St. Louis University – Madrid, Spain Campus in Communications/Journalism and Spanish. When she isn’t at work or play, travel is her jam (#CheeseTourism). Jenna also performs onstage with STACKED, Thirsty and The Artistic Home, and online with her anti-racism web series, Alt-Right Delete. She is represented by Gill Hayes Talent.
