Vice President, Customer Success
Abby has been with The Second City since 2006, starting in the Accounting Department while working on an MBA in Economics & Information Systems from Loyola University Chicago. Over her time at The Second City, Abby has sold corporate events and entertainment for 200+ clients a year before moving into a leadership role in the Training Center, where she helped build the Wellness program, TV & Film program, and launch various partnerships including our degree programs at DePaul University.
Abby currently oversees Customer Success for the organization, which includes focusing on student success and retention, customer and client satisfaction, and managing the team fielding all customer inquiries for all locations. In addition, she manages our relationships with major partners including Kennedy Center, NBC, Nickelodeon, Columbia College Chicago, DePaul University and countless others.
