The greatest tool every performer has and consistently uses is their voice, and yet it is often the last thing we take care of and develop. Whether you are someone who wants to sing every day, or someone who wants to get through an audition; someone who finds themselves losing their voice, or is told they can’t be heard – vocal coaching can be an invaluable way to strengthen your performances. Amanda Murphy is a life-long singer, has been teaching the Vocal Basics class for 8 years as well as coaching and teaching in the Music Improv Program during that same time, and has helped countless people up their vocal game. She also has specialized training in working with transgender and non-binary voices.
Vocal Coaching meets once a week for 25 minutes over four weeks. Small groups of up to four are welcome, but only one person will need to enroll for the time slot. Private lessons can also be arranged.
