Since graduating from Theatre School (U of T / Sheridan College), Jan has been acting, writing, directing, and teaching, but improvising is what she loves best. A multiple Canadian Comedy Award winner, Jan has performed in venues across North America and is a mainstay on many Toronto stages with shows like Monkey Toast, About an Hour and her latest project That Moment When. She is a veteran of Theatresports Toronto (Bad Dog Theatre) and part of the Gemini Award-nominated writing team on the critically acclaimed YTV show That’s So Weird.
