Alan Kliffer developed a passion for improv when took a beginner improv class in Winnipeg at the age of 14. After studying the basics, he began to compete in the Highschool Canadian Improv Games under the direction of SC alumna Scott Montgomery. Alan began student teaching improv classes at 16, and continued to teach all over Ontario during and after his years of study at The Randolph Academy. Alan produced his first sketch comedy show when he was 15 and has since produced many different sketch comedy troupes. In 2010 Alan Produced the Gay for Comedy Gala at the Panasonic Theatre with host Scott Thomson from tv's Kids in the Hall. He is a current conservatory student, and couldn't be happier working for the Second City.
