Scene-Song Make'em Ups

This is the first step to your journey of creating an Improvised Musical! The focus of this class will be on singing, learning about different types of songs, and touching on the structure of songs and how that translates to improvising them.

Students will also study:
How songs fit into scenes
The concept of earning a song
The beauty of a well executed duet
How to sing in a group
How to execute an amazing solo

Prerequisite: Level E/Conservatory 1 or the equivalent and some improv singing experience is a benefit but not a requirement.
