Drawing upon the groundbreaking work of The Second City and the many legendary performers who have played on its stages, The Second City Training Centre has become the largest school of improvisation and sketch comedy in the world.

We offer improvisation, stand up, and writing classes.  We welcome amateurs looking to try something new, and advanced players looking to hone their craft. Whether you’re a business professional looking to improve your presentation skills or a student looking to meet new friends, The Second City Training Centre is the place to be.

The Second City Education Program in Ontario focuses on workshops for students and educators and performances for young audiences. This unique and rewarding educational program was developed using official Ontario Ministry Curriculum and has been crafted through the combined talents of Second City alumni, certified Ontario teachers, and educational experts from school boards and Universities across Ontario.
