Carrie-ann has been part of The Second City administrative team since July of 07 and has been teaching children for as long as she can remember. She taught pre-school for six years at the prestigious Seton Academy in Las Vegas and was the head of the City of Las Vegas Arts Acting Camp for two years. As well as performing, Carrie-ann taught acting and movement at The Glendale Center Theatre for four years. She was a senior faculty member of the Theatrical Education Group for four years where she not only taught acting, improv and movement but also is proud to be an ongoing member of the acting troupe Shakesperience, which has brought the world of Shakespeare and live theatre to over 10,000 children to date. She has been brought into various drama classes to teach workshops in everything from acting and period movement to stage combat and hair/make-up. Carrie-ann was a co-founding member of the Ovation nominated company Theatre Pangaea. In addition to having her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre, Carrie-ann was classically trained at the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England and is a graduate of The Second Citys Conservatory where she performed in the shows Smarty Pants and Crappy Holidays. Currently you can catch her performing in: Double Down, Chiclets, Sketch Bench and The Really Awesome Improv Show. Carrie-ann has traveled the world in various shows, is a corporate narrator for companies such as Fuji Film and Dolby and couldnt be happier to call The Second City her home.
