Jen was a founding member of the award winning Other Side Theatre in Portland, OR where she was the recipient of The Portland Area Drama Critic’s Circle Award for Best Performance by an Actress and was honored with three previous nominations prior to her win. She has taught theatre and improv to children in many arenas including being the resident theatre director at a local private school for two years and 7 years as a senior faculty member for the Theatrical Education Group’s Summer Acting Camp. As a long time member of the acclaimed Shakespearience troupe, Jen annually performs in front of more than 10,000 high school & middle school students and visits Los Angeles area schools to teach classes about the life & work Shakespeare. She has been a guest teacher in drama classes all over the southland, a substitute teacher at LACHSA (High School for the Arts) and a guest director for several local primary school plays. In addition to her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Theatre, Jen is a graduate of the Second City’s Conservatory.
