Ranjit Souri is an improviser and comedy writer who has performed on stages throughout the USA. He has co-written numerous comedy shows for the stage with Stir-Friday Night!, Cupid Players, and Siblings of Doctors, and is a member of the dramatic improvisational ensemble doubleplay. Ranjit also works as a magazine-essayist, and is a contributing essayist to Chicago Public Radio. His essay "Fireworks and Beethoven" was named a Notable Essay in the book "The Best American Essays 2007". He is a GMAT and ACT instructor with Aardvark Prep in Chicago, and is on the writing faculty at StoryStudio Chicago. Ranjit has an MBA from Columbia University and a B.S. in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University.
