Rob Kozlowski is a a faculty member in the Writing Program at the Second City Training Center and is also an adjunct faculty member in the Film/Video department at Columbia College Chicago. He was a founding member of the Playground Theater, Chicago's improv comedy co-op. He is the author of The Art of Chicago Improv: Short Cuts to Long-Form Improvisation and The Actor's Guide to the Internet, both published by Heinemann Books. He has also written about theater and film for The Onion, Time Out Chicago, PerformInk and Screen Magazine. Kozlowski has also co-written and directed the sketch comedy show Personal Disasters at Donny's Skybox Theater at Second City and has directed numerous improvisational comedy groups. He is a two-time recipient of the honor of "America's Worst 10-Minute Play" at Stage Left Theatre's DrekFest. He is also an online reporter at Pensions & Investments, published by Crain Communications, and holds a BA in Film/Video from Columbia College Chicago.
