Joe Burton has been improvising and acting in Chicago since he relocated here in January of 2000. He has been a part of many improv ensembles and sketch groups since, most notably Otis, The Fowler Family Radio Hour and currently the Improvised Shakespeare Company and Hogwash. He has taught improv to people from all walks of life and people of all ages, from grad students to first graders in the U.S. and abroad. Aside from being a faculty member at The Second City Training Center, he is also the founder of Bughouse Theater.
