Born in Pennsylvania and raised all over (including a 5 year stint overseas in Ireland and Malta, but most recently coming from Virginia), Jenny has proudly called Chicago her home since 1999. She received her BFA in Theatre from Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester VA and spent her first year out of college touring with Theatre IV out of Richmond VA. Since arriving in this fair city she has worked for a variety of theatres including the Cornservatory (original Floss! cast member), Black Ensemble Theatre (The Other Cinderella - White Girl), Boxer Rebellion (Assassins - Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme), Blindfaith Theatre (Andre Gregory's Alice in Wonderland - Alice), Lifeline Theatre (Velveteen Rabbit - Understudy, Flight of the Dodo - Cassowary), EP Theatre (By Obit - Lt. Karen Linders) and Theo Ubique (Cabaret - Lulu, Jacques Brel's Lonesome Losers of the Night - Whore, EVITA - Mistress, Taming of the Shrew - Kate). Chris Jones of the Chicago Tribune featured her as one of 6 up and coming actors of 2008. She is also co-founder and co-Artistic Director of her own children's theatre company - Li'l Buds Theatre - where she works as an actor, director, playwright and Teaching Artist.
