Classes for Educators
Professional Courses are for students who are embarking on a professional career in improv, writing, acting, or comedy. Please note that all classes under this section have prerequisites that include an audition and/or completion of other coursework at the Second City.
Youth & Teen Courses - Chicago
Youth and Teen classes are for students ages 4-18. All classes are grouped by ages. Full classes are held in 14-week Fall and Winter sessions with 6-week sessions available in late Fall, Spring and Summer. Click on the term or date links on class information pages for available class times.
Our six-week Spring term is now open for registration! Spring classes run April 26-June 8. Youth & Teen weekend classes will not meet on Memorial Day weekend, May 24-25.
Spring Break camps are available during the school holidays. Check out the details under "Camps and Intensives" below.
