OPEN HOUSE ON JANUARY 3RD FREE WORKSHOPS & SHOWS!

Twice a year we give away the farm for FREE during an open house with FREE 2 hour workshops for adult & youth, as well as FREE shows! Come hang out with us and enjoy a day of laughter on us!

Noon: The Really Awesome Improv Show: Fun (and appropriate) for all ages 2yrs-200, this show features improv games that rely on audience suggestions and participation. Great for the whole family!

1pm: Sound and the Furry --  A team of incredibly talented musical improvisers... with puppets. Let the hilarity ensue.

2pm: Middle School Regrets -- Socially awkward teens, trapped in their lockers. Short & Longform improv performed by Jeremy Klein, Kyle Klein, Brian J. Hunt, Zach Louis, Eric Beckerman, Zedakiah Koterba & Friends!

3pm: Dr. Who Live! -- Doctor Who Live! performs a fully-improvised, 50-minute episode of the classic British SF series Doctor Who, based solely on an audience suggestion. Allons-y!

4pm: The Really Awesome Improv Show -- Fun (and appropriate) for all ages 2yrs-200, this show features improv games that rely on audience suggestions and participation. Great for the whole family!

5pm: Drunkards and Dragons -- Remember the laughter & discovery of playing a fantasy inspired role playing game in your basement with friends? We bring your Medieval fantasy suggestions to life! Cast: Dalex Miller, Holly McKee Clark, Russ Gooberman, David Horn, Tim Smith, and Bear Badeaux

7pm: Bingo hosted by Triumph! -- Bingo is where students are chosen from the hopper to play with seasoned Alumni! Triumph – Amanda Blake Davis, Celeste Pechous and Kate Duffy are Triumph. One suggestion. Tons-o-fun.

8pm: Kindred Throats -- Kevin Stafford and Todd Risenmay are a musical duo attempting to solve the world's problems, big and small, through the power and beauty of song.

9pm: Octovarius -- The Last Comedy Group has traveled back from 2114, 99 years in the future, because tonight, January 3rd, 2015, is the greatest night of comedy in human history. Get ready for sketches, songs, time suits and so much more!

10:00pm: Mama’s Boy -- Second City ladies, Nancy Edwards, Nyima Funk, Maribeth Monroe, Jaime Moyer, & Amy Phillips perform Improvisation with some dude!

SUGGESTIONS FOR THE WORKSHOP:
• IMPROV - Wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in easily, no skirts ladies. Please wear closed toed shoes, do not wear flip flops or sandals.
• WRITING- Bring either pen/paper or your laptop.

• Here’s a link to parking structures close to Second City
• There are also flat pay lots directly behind our building on Schrader and also on Wilcox.
• Be VERY careful about parking at a meter. Nothing ruins a fun day more than getting towed.
