Amanda Barnes

Location:: Hollywood Studio Theatre

AMANDA BARNES, originally hailing from Dallas, is a graduate of the Upright Citizen’s Brigade, iOWest, Texas Tech University, and the Second City Hollywood Conservatory program. She currently hosts videos for Six Flags, where her work has been featured in print, online, and on international commercials. She performs with unique comedy teams A Horse (improvised Shakespeare), Hot Toddy, and in comedy festivals around the country with two-woman sketch and improv duo Velvet Pile. Amanda is happy to be a part of an entirely original sketch revue satirizing LA (Friday Night Showcase show, SC Hollywood), and has just been by hired by The Second City to make people laugh abroad by way of Norwegian Cruise Lines. Hearty loud thanks to friends, family, and writing partner for unending support and understanding. Amanda is learning to play the ukulele…slowly.
