  • Will someone at Second City please add to Ivory's page on IMdb.com his date of death, for which they require a link to a media verification?

  • I directed Ivory in my first television series in the USA, "Key West". As Roosevelt Cole, the editor of the local Key West paper, he mentored (and bewildered) the young Seamus O'Neill (Fisher Stevens), who came to work with him. Ivory was a joy. Large, funny, utterly professional, his skill was making this blind man seem like he could see the world in more clarity than anyone else. I treasured the scenes we had together, and I am saddened by his passing.

  • Hi, I am trying to make contact with Ivory's children to see if it would be possible to meet and discuss on going business between Ivory and myself. We had three projects up and running to different degrees and I want to finish them in memory of him. If any one could share whare he was up to on each of those projects and the contacts he was bringing in on them I would consider it an honor to continue our work and dedicate those and my successive projects to him. Having been a friend to me for almost ten years it is the least I can do for him.Sarita

  • I'm trying to get in touch with his family to get an address to send donations, and will post any information I can get. He was one of my dearest friends and, indeed, an amazing person. I just spoke with him about three weeks ago, and he was happy and in good health. There will forever be a hole where he lived in my heart.

  • Two questions:1) will there be a memorial for Ivory here in Chicago?2) where can checks be sent to help Ivory's family?Ivory was an amazing guy and will be sorely missed.
