Acting & Scene Study

Explore the basic skills of acting. Monologues, scenes and exercises are used to examine techniques an actor uses to establish a character. This course enables students to discover skills found in the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual aspects of the human condition. Exercises include movement, sense memory, personalization, objective, beat work and beginning text analysis. Learn about auditioning and working in the business as well. Great for beginners or for actors who have been out of the classroom for a while.
